The submission of an inquiry does not constitute a legally binding contract. A contract is only formed once our team confirms availability, price, and terms of delivery, and the customer provides formal approval/payment.

• •Delivery is currently limited to Port Blair and surrounding regions in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
• •Delivery charges apply based on the distance and volume of materials.
• •Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible for heavy vehicles.

Saran Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of materials purchased from us. Proper usage and safety precautions during construction are the responsibility of the customer and their contractors.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
