At Saran Traders, we strive to provide the highest quality construction materials. We understand that sometimes plans change or materials may not meet your expectations. Here is our policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1General Terms
- ✓Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- ✓Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- ✓Items must be returned to our store or warehouse.
- ✓Partial use of materials (e.g., opened cement bags, cut steel bars) cannot be returned.
- ✓Proof of purchase (original invoice) is mandatory for all returns and exchanges.
2Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Custom-cut steel bars, pipes, or sheets.
- ✕Perishable items like cement or waterproofing chemicals if the packaging is compromised.
- ✕Special order items that are not part of our regular stock.
3Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or store credit, depending on your preference.
4Delivery Charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered), we will cover the return transportation costs. In all other cases, customers are responsible for returning the materials to our store.
